The project comprised the complete refurbishment both internally & externally of an existing public house, including the removal and replacement of the roofs over the ground floor areas, extension of the ground floor trading area, catering kitchen, cellar and storage areas, and the provision of a conservatory.

As the photographs attest, the refurbishment was extremely thorough and to an especially high standard. This project was awarded a Cheshire districts “Built-in Quality Award” for 2005, by Congleton Borough Council, in recognition of the “high working standards of construction and workmanship within”.
