Our aspirations are to win new business through best practice and seek continuous improvement across all aspects of our business. We have established a KPI panel committee to measure our progress and benchmark against national and regional indicators. The KPI panel committee meets quarterly to monitor progress against targets and to enable The Board of Directors to make decisions on sustainability strategy.
